Steps to Apply

Apply anytime to be eligible for an upcoming course. All payments are final.

Step One: Fill out your Application

Read our policies. Fill out the form in its entirety. Write N/A if the question(s) do not apply to you.


Step Two: Pay app fee

Applicants must pay a non-refundable $35 application fee. Each applicant fills out the application and pays the fee separately, whether applying as a single, or family.

Step Three: Reference

Each applicant (single or family) must provide references from 1) Pastor or Leader 2) Personal. References cannot be family members.
